This hotel is a SUPERIOR place to stay. The staff was welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Truly perfect beds and pillows. We really enjoyed to chill in the nearby The Golden Ball.

Can recommend while travelling to Telford. The staff was friendly and the bed was comfortable. When we came, the owner met us and was lovely.
